- Advance booking is not required.
- Admittance commences from 5pm at 10 minute intervals. Last entry 7.30pm weekdays and 7.50pm weekends.
- Admittance on a first come, first served basis.
- Please note; there may be some waiting time particularly at the weekend.

Duration: approx. 90mins.
Suitable for all ages; under 2s go free and don't require a ticket. Children are classed as ages 3 - 15 years; under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Weather appropriate clothing recommended.
Wheelchair access available.
Guide dogs for the blind, hearing dogs for the deaf and assistance dogs are all permitted. The site can be busy in places, and that there are lights and loud noises situated at animal level. Assistance dogs in training are also welcome.
Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival.
