- One ticket permits one child and is valid for one present and one picture with Santa
- Vouchers can be used from 11am until 1pm on a first come first served basis; please note a queue system will be in place from 11am.
- Printed ticket required for entry; ticket must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
- The grotto will be located outside Debenhams
- Wheelchair access; there is a slight step up to the grotto but Santa can come out of the sleigh if required.
- Advanced booking is not required.
- Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
- Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
