Advance booking is not required. Please arrive at least 15 mins before your selected time and head straight to the queue on arrival.

Please note: individual sit down sessions with Santa for each child are not available.
Children are classed as ages 3 - 15 years and must be accompanied by an adult.
Weather appropriate clothing recommended and footwear that is appropriate for the forest.
Please note Santa’s Secret Forest attraction is on uneven terrain, outside in the forest and involves going through tight spaces and up and down stairs; prams may not be suitable.
No wheelchair access available.
Pets are not permitted.
Tickets must be printed for redemption; please print your ticket and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
