Gates open for parking at 9.30am and close at 6.30pm.

Event open 10am - 6pm. Duration: approx. 8 hrs.

Suitable for all ages.

Family ticket is valid for 2 adults and 3 children.

Children are classed as ages 4-15 years; children 3 and under go free. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18 at all times.

Please note: ticket does not include entry to the Palace but entry is available for an additional fee at the front door.

Wheelchair access available; please note there are no disabled facilities.

Tickets include free parking.

Pets are not permitted.

Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
