- Duration: 2 hours 40 minutes (including 20 minute interval)

- Recommended for children age 5+, under 5s can attend; Child ticket is valid for under 16s
- Babes in arms (under 18th months) shall be admitted free of charge – please discuss at time of booking
- Adults and children will be seated together and multiple tickets can be bought
- Unaccompanied youths may be admitted with the consent of a parent/guardian. Please note that the theatre cannot take responsibility for unaccompanied youths.
- Kids are encouraged to dress up in their finest Frozen costumes
- Seated event; members will be allocated seating when they call the Ticket Line to book
