Edinburgh University’s Old College Quadrangle transforms once again into an open air cinema during The Fringe and this time it presents cult classic Starship Troopers.

  • Presented in association with Unique Events and the Edinburgh International Film Festival
  • An unseated event where you are encouraged to bring rugs, blankets and cushions to get comfortable on the lawn.

  • Doors open at 6.30pm – film starts at 7pm
  • This is an outdoor event please dress appropriately; screenings will go ahead whatever the weather 
  • Film is cert. 18
  • Unseated picnic style event in a grass arena; bring rugs, blankets and cushions to get comfortable on the lawn, picnics are permitted & food will also be available to purchase on site 
  • Disabled access; if you require a seat for assistance or medical reasons please ask a member of staff at the event 
  • Smoking is not permitted on site
  • Glass, ceramic pottery, tents/gazebos, BBQs and other naked flames are not permitted
  • Alcohol cannot be brought into the event; a licensed bar facility is available at the event
  • Advanced booking is not required 
  • Ticket must be surrendered for redemption 
  • Ticket is not valid with any other deals or vouchers and cannot be exchanged for cash
