• Advanced booking is required, please refer to ticket after purchase for full details. All bookings must be confirmed by 18th June 2015 or you risk forfeiting your ticket. 
• Please print itison tickets for redemption. 
• Event will begin at 6pm and finish at approx 9pm. 
• Wheelchair accessible. 
• Sorry, children are not permitted. 
• BBQ will go ahead in all weather conditions; if wet, will take place in Calton Suite. 
• Members will receive any two main items and one accompaniment from the BBQ. 
• Tickets are non-refundable unless event is cancelled by provider.
