• Voucher is valid for a 2 night stay with check-in on Sat 31 Dec 2022 and check-out on Mon 2 Jan 2023; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 1 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone booking only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple purchases not permitted. 
• Check-in 3pm - 6pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a standard room.
• Upgrade to a seaview room; £40 per room per night, payable directly.

• Menus are subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

• Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as ages 3+ and require a supplementary charge of £35 per night, including breakfast; payable direct. Under 2s stay free of charge.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
