I’m happy to let you know this voucher can be used from Friday the 1st of October 2021 until Thursday the 31st of March 2022, and is valid to use 7 days a week; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Please note there is limited availability in October and November, and the voucher excludes the 17th of December 2021 to the 11th of February 2022.

Can the parents of a small child also eat early to avoid needing a babysitter and can the £60 meal voucher be used for this?

What to expect

  • 3 night stay for two with dinner on the first night and breakfast each morning
  • Choose to stay in either a superior room OR a junior suite

Voucher is valid from Sat 20 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes 13 Dec 2021 - 11 Feb 2022.

Please note there is limited availability in November.

A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Friday stays and £35 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 1pm, check-out 11am.

Superior room stay: Superior twin/queen-size/king-size room only. Rooms can be upgraded to a junior or master suite for a supplementary of £25 charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note availability may be limited.

Junior suite stay: junior suite only.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a £60 dinner allowance for the first night of the stay only, valid on items from the table d'hôte menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available.

Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 10 and under. Under 5’s stay free of charge; supplementary charge of £35 per child aged between 5-10yrs for bed and breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 well behaved dogs are permitted free of charge; payable directly to hotel. Please note dogs are not allowed in the main restaurant. Dinner and breakfast can be served in the Ghillies Lounge if the dog cannot be left alone.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
