I thought I had just purchased a voucher but nothing has been emailed to me

Thanks for getting in touch – I’m really sorry you’re having trouble placing your order.

I’ve had a look and I’m afraid your order didn’t complete because your bank declined the payment. I’d recommend contacting them directly to find out why, and they’ll hopefully be able to explain.

What to expect

£30 voucher to spend on anything from the food or drink menu

Voucher is valid from Tue 11 Feb 2020 until Thur 28 Jan 2021, Tue - Thur 12noon - 9pm and Fri - Sun 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays and 24 - 26 Dec 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 13 Jan 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Telephone bookings only; online booking not available.

Multiple voucher purchases are permitted. Max of 1 voucher per table.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.

Excludes Tapa's El Clasico Lunch Menu and any other in house/ third party deals.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Voucher must be used in full; no change given.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
