I can confirm a maximum of 1 child is permitted. Ages 3- 12yrs required a supplement of £15 per night including breakfast. All other meals will be charges as taken.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a bottle of wine in the room on arrival, breakfast, leisure access, late checkout and optional 3 course dinner

Voucher is valid from Mon 12 Jul 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes 28 Aug 2021. 

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Mon 30 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.

Stay in a classic double room. Twin rooms are available upon request; please discuss direct.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: feature room - £75, feature suite - £150; payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2: Includes a 3 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Supplements may apply on certain dishes and will be clearly listed on the menu. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Includes a bottle of house wine in the room on arrival.

Includes leisure access. Please note the spa is closed.

Max of 1 child permitted. Ages 3- 12yrs required a supplement of £15 per night including breakfast. All other meals will be charges as taken.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel. Please inform hotel at time of booking.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
