A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Excludes 25 Dec 2019 and 14 Feb 2020 and dates the hotel is booked for a wedding.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Stay can be extended at full rate; please arrange and pay hotel directly.

Options 2 & 3: include a £20pp dinner allowance. Can be used in either the Pineapple Restaurant or 1236 Cave Bar; menus are subject to change.

Option 3: dinner is on the first night only.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
