Hi, after buying the voucher, do I have to call the spa centre to book a specific day, or can i select it before buying it?

What to expect

Spa day for one OR two including a 25 min back massage and a 25 min facial, leisure access, lunch and a glass of fizz each

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020; valid 7 days; treatments: 9am - 6pm; lunch: 11am - 6pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 - 26 Dec 2019 and 1, 2 Jan 2020. 

A supplementary charge of £20 per person is required for Saturdays and Sundays; payable directly to spa.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked with spa, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16's only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 5 per group; subject to availability.

Includes a 25 min back, neck and shoulder massage and a 25 min taster Elemis facial each.

Please arrive 15 mins prior to appointment time for consultation if you are visiting the spa for the first time.

Health consultation will be completed on arrival; please discuss any health concerns with spa directly.

Massage treatment is only suitable for cancer/remission patients if they have been in remission for minimum of a year.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes full access to the leisure facilities consisting of 2 saunas, 2 steam rooms, 2 spa pool and an indoor heated 20 metre swimming pool.

Hire of robes and slippers is £10 per person.

Includes a £10 per person allowance towards food menu. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten/wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant of dietary requirements at time of booking.

Includes a 125ml glass of fizz each. Alcohol cannot be substituted for soft drinks.

Tables are required back within 1 hr 30 mins.

Wheelchair access is available; however please note that there are no disabled facilities.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
