Hi, I've used my credit to book the Fairfield Hotel for my daughter. I've clicked on to send it as a gift in an email to her. I'm not sure it's been sent though or if I've not proceeded to continue. Thank you if it's already been done.

Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 16 Nov 2020 - 28 Feb 2021 and 15 - 18 Apr 2021.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays and £20 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive room £20, seaview room £30; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

3 course set menu only; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options are available.

Includes 200ml glass of Prosecco each upon arrival. Alcohol can be replaced for a soft drink.

Free onsite parking available.

Max of 1 child permitted; under 3’s stay free, ages 3 – 6 require a supplementary charge of £10 when sharing with adults and ages 7 – 16 are classed as adults; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
