Hi. I'm writing to alert you that the lead picture for this advert cannot be seen from any mainland location anywhere near this hotel. In fact it appears to be a picture of Arran taken from Islay over the Mull of Kintyre? Seems exceedingly misleading to potential purchasers.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with a glass of Prosecco on arrival, 3 course dinner, breakfast, leisure access and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Oct 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 25 and 31 Dec 2018.

A supplementary charge is required per room per night for the following: Friday £10 and Saturday £20; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

Please note bookings cannot be made until Mon 27 Aug 2018.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon. 

Double or twin standard room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per night: executive room £20 or sea view room £30; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 3 course dinner each from the set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

Free onsite parking available.

Max of 1 child permitted; under 3’s stay free, ages 3 – 6 require a supplementary charge of £10 per child when sharing with adults and ages 7 – 16 are classed as adults; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
