I called the hotel to ask if we could pay a supplementary charge to stay the weekend and they said I could arrange it through yourselves. How much would this be please?

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a Residence Suite with breakfast, leisure access, robes & slippers and optional 2 course dinner

Voucher is valid from Mon 17 May 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, Mon -Thu; subject to availability.

Excludes Fri- Sun.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Stay in a four poster or junior residential suite.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2: Includes a 2 course dinner from the market menu served in the VISTA restaurant. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian,, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. A supplementary charge is required for the following: 80z rib of beef £8 and 8oz charred bavette £5; payable direct. Max of 6 people per table.

Includes leisure access; must be pre-booked. Facilities are available from 3pm on the day of check-in until 11am on the day of check-out If you wish to use the facilities out with these times, a supplement of £10 per person per day will apply, payable directly to the hotel.

Imperia spa will be open for treatments only. Some treatments may be adapted as per government guidelines and advice.

Leisure facilities will be open subject to Government guidelines.

Max of 2 children ages 12 and under permitted and accommodated in a z bed for a supplementary charge of £15 per night inc breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 dogs permitted for a supplementary charge of £20 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
