I'm happy to let you know this voucher can be used until Friday the 31st of March 2023.

Please note the voucher excludes the 1st and 2nd of January, as well as the 10th, 11th and 14th of February.

Are you able to get massage at hotel ?

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a 2 course dinner, breakfast, leisure access and optional bottle of wine

Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Dec 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability. 

Excludes 24 - 26, 30 Dec 2022 - 2 Jan, 10-11 and 14 Feb 2023.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Stay in a standard double or twin room.

Rooms can be upgraded to a club or boutique room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes 2 courses from a set menu; subject to change.

A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: sirloin steak - £8pp and fillet steak - £10pp; payable directly to restaurant. 

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Option 2: Includes a bottle of wine in room on arrival. Please state white, red or rose when booking.

Onsite parking available.

Max of 2 children permitted. Under 2's go free. Ages 2-12yrs required a supplementary charge of £30 per child which includes a two course kid's meal; payable direct.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
