How is this afternoon TEA if no hot drinks are included?

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can confirm this deal includes an afternoon tea stand, but hot drinks are not included.

I'm sorry if this deal isn't personally suitable for you, and I hope you find another offer.

After having two previous visits where hot drinks were included at this hotel we were caught out with this previously and have never been back. I asked how can you advertise afternoon tea. Without tea. ?

Thanks for getting back in touch.

The afternoon tea is the meal available for this offer - this offer comes with a glass of Prosecco or Champagne each, depending which option you select, but hot drinks are not included as part of the deal.

Should you wish to purchase hot drinks at your booking you're welcome to do so directly with the Carlton Hotel and any payment for this will be made to them directly.

What to expect

Afternoon tea for two with a glass of Prosecco each

Afternoon tea for two with a glass of Champagne each

Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Nov 2018, 7 days, 2pm – 4pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Please note hot drinks are not included.

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change. 

Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten free options available.

Option 1 includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each.

Option 2 includes a 125ml glass of Champagne each

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
