Hi there thanks for your reply I was unclear whether the 13th of March was available on the deal as the 12 and 14h were unavailable. If the Friday 13th is on the deal I will phone hotel and check before booking. Please could you let me know if this is the case many thanks.

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with breakfast, afternoon tea, early check-in and late check-out 

Option 1: valid from Sun 5 Jan 2020 until Sun 29 Mar 2020; Sun only; excludes 2 Feb 2019.

Option 2: valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020; Mon – Sat only; excludes 18, 31 Jan, 1 Feb and 5 - 6, 11 - 12 & 14 Mar 2020.

Option 3: valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; excludes 18, 31 Jan, 1 - 2 Feb and 5 - 6, 11 - 12 & 14 Mar 2020.

Options 2 & 3: a supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 4 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Early check-in 12noon, late check-out 2pm.

Standard twin/double room with superior package included.

Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £30prpn; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Superior package includes complimentary water and biscuits, newspaper, 10% lunch/dinner discount in the hotel during stay and a daily complimentary regular Costa coffee per guest.

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Max of 1 child permitted per room; children are classed as 12yrs and under; a supplementary charge of £10prpn is required with meals paid for as taken.

No pets permitted, except guide dogs.

Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel when booking if a fully accessible room is required.

Please note that the booking line charge is 11p per minute plus any additional charges that may be added by your landline / mobile phone operator.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
