I’m an interested in the kingsmill deal however am confused by “valid for 7 days” does this mean that if I was to purchase this deal I would have to use it within 7 days or could I book for later in the year? Thanks

The voucher is valid to use from the 14th Oct until 31 Mar 2019, 7 days a week; subject to availability. Excluded dates are 1 - 6, 8, 9, 13, 15 - 17, 19, 20, 23, 27 Oct, 3 Nov, 7, 31 Dec 2018, 1. 25, 26 Jan, 22 Feb and 2 - 8 Mar 2019.

Hi. I bought this as a gift and asked the couple to arrange a second night on booking. Terms and conditions state:

"Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel."

The supplementary charge they were quoted is £150 which is more that the actual deal!!!!

I am extremely disappointed by this as the word "supplementary" should be just that - not 50% more than the actual deal.

IS this right or was it a mistake?

Overnight stay for two in a Kingsclub room with arrival drink, leisure access, breakfast, early check-in and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Sun 14 Oct 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 1 - 6, 8, 9, 13, 15 - 17, 19, 20, 23, 27 Oct, 3 Nov, 7, 31 Dec 2018, 1. 25, 26 Jan, 22 Feb and 2 - 8 Mar 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.   

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availabililty.

Early check-in 12noon, late check-out 1pm.

Double or twin Kingsclub retreat or cocoon room available; subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Free onsite parking available.

Includes use of the leisure club including heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym.

Includes an arrival glass of wine choosing from red, white or rose in the Whisky Bar plus a welcome dram on arrival.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
