we have spoken to the hotel already but are unsure what to do next.

Thanks for getting in touch!

To apply your credit at out checkout, just select Buy Now once you’ve found the deal you’d like. You can then Add a Gift Card or Promo Code after confirming how many vouchers you'd like to buy.

Just type in your code as it shows and select Enter Code. Your order total will update and you can continue to the payment section.

How do I know the date I want will be available? Do I need to buy first before I request a date?

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking via email immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • 1, 2 or 3 night stay for two including early check-in, a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival, breakfast each morning and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Thur 6 Aug 2020 until Sun 20 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 30 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.

Standard double room available.

Stay can be extended by a night and room upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly to the hotel.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.
