Hi there, I'm interested in booking a voucher for the one night stay. I'm just wondering if the option is there for the couple to book into the restaurant for dinner on that night also?

I can confirm a max of 2 children 0-12 yrs of age permitted. Breakfast is included; all other meals are charged as taken. To discuss any supplementary charges you're welcome to contact Macdonald Inchyra Hotel & Spa directly and they'll be happy to advise.

Hi, I was wondering if this voucher can be used on a holiday weekend and if you’re able to book treatments in the spa at an added cost?

I can confirm this deal is valid to use from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Thu 23 Dec 2021, 7 days a week; subject to availability. Please note, a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for July and August bookings.

Due to current Government guidelines spa treatments are leisure facilities aren't available. I'd recommend contacting Macdonald Inchyra Hotel & Spa before your stay to discuss the possibility and cost of adding this to your booking.

Hi I am considering booking a two night stay for my girlfriend and I for her birthday on 6&7th of July. If I book the voucher will I be able to book for these nights and apart from the leisure access would we also be able to book a spa treatment and what are the options?

Oh and last question, as we are both teetotal could we exchange the Prosecco for soft drinks?

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a deluxe king room including a bottle of Prosecco on arrival and breakfast OR
  • 2 night stay for two in a deluxe king room including a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, 2 course dinner each night and breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Thu 23 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for July and August bookings

Voucher must be booked by Thu 9 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 

Deluxe double, king or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 2: Includes a 2 course dinner each night from the market menu or a £15pp allowance to use on the à la carte menu. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Max of 2 children 0-12 yrs of age permitted. Breakfast is included; all other meals are charged as taken.

No pets permitted.

Includes access to the leisure facilities.

1 hour time slots must be booked in advance for the swimming pool. 

Please note due to current Government guidelines the Rasul mud therapy room, thermal Suite, sauna, steam room, rock sauna, ice fountain and aroma therapy shower are closed. No pool side loungers and relaxation rooms are open at this time.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
