Hello

I would like to purchase this deal for my dad's birthday, however, it would be for 2 adults and 2 adults aged 25 and 20. I initially thought I could have purchased the 2nd option but realised this was only for children aged up to 12 years old. I was really looking forward to the leisure access but is it definitely not possible to have this included in the option 1? I understand I would need to purchase 2 deals for the Option 1 to make it 4 adults but I wanted to find out if it would be possible to also use the leisure facilities?

Thanks for getting in touch!

To find out whether it would be possible to add on additional leisure access your vouchers, just give the hotel a call directly on 0344 879 9044 and they'll be happy to advise. Just make sure to mention that you'll be using an itison voucher.

Voucher is valid from Sun 21 Aug until Sun 27 Nov 2022, Sundays only 12.30pm - 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mon - Sat.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Sunday lunch menu only; subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Option 2: Includes leisure access. Valid for 2 adults and 2 children up to 12yrs choosing from the kids menu; subject to change.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
