I can confirm this voucher's validity period is from the 1st of Dec 2018 - 31 Mar 2019, and vouchers can't be used for bookings before these dates.

Hi i booked this earlier this year for my partners birthday and he loved it, so thinking of booking it again. My question is while we stayed there we spoke to the conserge so said at the end of the season the hotel was closing down for work ( making unground parking) so will the hotel be opened or closed ?

I'm happy to let you know a max of 1 child, age 2 – 12 years, is permitted in a separate bed when sharing with 2 adults; child stays free if in the same room as parents however their breakfast is charged at full price (£10).

We purchased 2 of these vouchers as a present and when we contacted the hotel to book any weekend in February or March they are saying there is no availability, you need to specify in your small print that weekends are not available, I wouldn’t of taken this voucher if I had known this

This voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019 and can be used 7 days a week, but all bookings are subject to availability. Weekends are the most requested dates and often first to become fully booked.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with dinner and breakfast

2 night stay for two with dinner on the first night and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Dec 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 - 26, 30, 31 Dec 2018. 1 Jan and 9, 14, 16 Feb 2019.

A supplementary charge is required per room per night for the following: Fridays £10 and Saturdays £40; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in from 3pm, check-out 11am.  

Classic king double or twin classic rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes 3 course dinner in One Under Gastropub or £25 per person allowance to spend on the menu in Rocca; please note: Rocca may be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays in the winter months, please discuss directly with the hotel. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. Option 2 dinner is on the first night only.

Free onsite parking available.

Max of 1 child age 2 – 12 years permitted in a separate bed when sharing with 2 adults; child stays free if in the same room as parents however their breakfast is charged at full price (£10).

Babies in travel cots are welcome and the hotel can provide a travel cot subject to availability; max 1 travel cot per room. Families of 2 adults and 2 children can upgrade to one of the Feature Twin rooms at a supplement of £50 per night.

Children permitted and all meals charged as taken; payable directly

Max of 1 small dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
