I was looking to buy this voucher in the next few days but the small print says 'Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). '

I'm a bit confused as it is now passed the 15th. Does this mean the voucher won't be valid if you try and book the hotel?
