You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Hi there, I have just purchased a £89 voucher for the malmaison hotel in Leith. The first time I clicked on it it, it said it is valid until March 21 and now when I have purchased the voucher it is saying valid until January 21? Can this be amended please as these dates now don’t suit and the voucher cannot be used till after January. Kind Regards Kimberley Riach

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021 and from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Wed 30 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 26 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr, 1 Jun - 31 Oct, 1 - 13 Nov, 19 - 20 Nov, 20 Dec 2021  - 3 Jan 2022, 4-5 Feb 2022 & 25-26 Feb 2022.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12pm.

Standard double/twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2: Includes a choice of starter & main or main & dessert from the Prix Fixe menu; menu is subject to change. A supplementary charge of £8 is required per person for steak frites and £14 for fillet steak; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Please note dinner to be taken at or prior to 7.30pm on Friday and Saturday nights; menu is subject to change. Dinner is not available in the restaurant on the 25th Dec 2020 and instead a £19.95 allocation per person can be used against food in the Mal Bar or Room Service.

Parking is available nearby at local car parks, payable direct to the operator.

Max of 1 child permitted; Under 3s stay free of charge, cots are available. Extra beds can be provided for children ages 3 – 14 years at a supplementary charge of £30 per bed and paying for all meals as taken; payable directly to hotel. Please discuss family room availability directly with hotel; supplementary charges apply.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
