I'm happy to let you know up to 2 children up to 12 years old can stay free of charge, subject to room availability. An upgrade to a family room may be required to accommodate. Under 5's eat for free. Breakfast is available for a supplement of £3.50 for children aged 5-12 years and dinner is payable as taken; please discuss directly with the hotel.

Hi , we are a group of 6 all female friends celebrating a special birthday. We have checked with the hotel and there is availability. You mention a supplement of £30 for a Saturday stay - is this per person or per room ?
Also , do they do triple rooms or family rooms which would sleep all 6?

My husband purchased option 3 for me as a Christmas present. I have contacted the hotel hoping to make a booking for w/c 25th February and have been informed that they have room availability but none for the spa treatment. They have offered a couple of alternative dates but unfortunately they are unsuitable. I have asked if they can offer a food / drink credit instead of the spa treatments and been advised that this is not possible as they have to provide the package purchased. Can I please ask if it is possible to exchange my voucher for option 2 and request a refund for the difference. I look forward to your reply. Thank you.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 16, 27 – 28 Mar 2019.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Option 1 and 2: online bookings only.

Option 3: phone bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Double or twin standard room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Deluxe - £40, Suite - £60; payable directly to hotel.

Options 2 and 3: Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main course each from the dinner menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required for sirloin steak £8 and fillet steak £12.  Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Access to leisure facilities includes: gym and fitness suite, over 30 fitness classes, squash court, heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and spa pool.

Option 3 includes a 55 minute massage, (Garden of England Rose massage) spa treatment each for over 16s only; can be adapted during pregnancy / breastfeeding, please discuss directly with spa. Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers / those in remission.

Free onsite parking available.

Max of 2 children permitted; children up to 12 years stay free of charge; subject to room availability. Upgrade to a family room may be required to accommodate. Under 5's eat for free.
