Questions and answers

The hotel is offering an identical one night deal on their own www site for £119 per couple. How can Itison claim that their rate of £109 represents up to 50% off ?

Our deal providers can offer their own promotions directly, and I’m afraid we don’t have much control over these. Where we can, we will always link to their website on our deal so you check their offers out before you buy.

We do also base the top price of our deals on their standard prices, and not any promotions or deals they are offering.

This hotel is under major renovation and no mention in offer !!

The hotel has confirmed they are going through refurbishment works but, at this point, the works are only on the external and windows of one side of the building and they are allocating rooms accordingly to cause as little disruption as possible.

I am surprised that Itison is offering this deal. It has to be the worst value for money that my wife and have yet taken up. We have been on fair number of breaks to date.

The hotel building is covered in scaffolding affecting the rooms and the room windows are filthy because this. Dust in the air from the ongoing works caused us to cough constantly while in the room.

We also found out well after reserving a table for dinner that there was no dining room service and we had to eat in the bar to accompaniment of a football match on the wide screen TV.

Worst of all, no mention of any of this was made at the time we booked.

Look forward to hearing from you regarding this lack of information.

I can confirm a max of 2 children are permitted; children up to 12 years stay free of charge; subject to room availability. Upgrade to a family room may be required to accommodate. Under 5s eat for free. Breakfast is available for a supplement of £3.50 for children aged 5-12 years and dinner is payable as taken; please discuss directly with the hotel.
