Is it a sit down cooked breakfast? As we stayed in the Mercure in Ayr on the 31july to Sunday 2 Aug and although advertised as a cooked breakfast all we got was a brown bag left outside our room door the contents were 1 hot roll (look warm) fruit and a muffin and a carton of orange juice at 8.30

Sun - Thur stay: Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Sep 2020, Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sat,  12 Apr, 17-18 May & 20-22 Sep 2020.

Friday stay: Voucher is valid until Fri 25 Sep 2020, Friday only; subject to availability. Excludes Sat - Thur, 3, 24 Apr, 8 May & 12 Jun 2020.

Saturday stay: Voucher is valid until Sat 26 Sep 2020, Saturday only; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Fri, 4, 11, 25 Apr, 9 May & 19 Sep 2020.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 31 Aug 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: River view £10, Privileged room £20; payable directly to hotel.

Includes a glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 1 child aged 0-12yrs permitted free of charge on a B&B basis and paying for all other meals as taken.

No pets permitted.
