I'm happy to let you know paid parking is available and allocated on a first come first served basis. £8 for up to 4 hours, £15 for up to 10 hours and £20 for up to 24 hours.

You're welcome to buy a voucher from your account to send as a gift, but I'd recommend booking the hotel stay under the recipient's name to avoid confusion.

I've been interested in a couple of your different Manchester hotel offers but have called the hotel each time before buying the voucher to check availability for the dates we want. The hotels never seem to have availability for Saturday nights. Is this usual? Thanks

As all bookings are subject to availability and the weekends do tend to be the most popular, I'm afraid we can't guarantee a Saturday booking will always be possible.

If you're looking for a Saturday stay, we would recommend calling a hotel before buying a voucher to check their specific availability.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with a bottle of wine on arrival and breakfast OR

Overnight stay for two with a bottle of wine on arrival, dinner and breakfast OR

2 night stay for two with a bottle of wine on arrival and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Tue 30 Apr 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £40 is required per room per night for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Please note that calls to the booking line cost no more than 5p per minute, plus your phone company's access charge – mobile costs will be higher than that of a landline.

Vouchers are non-exchangeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.

Classic double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2 includes a 3 course dinner each from the Chef’s choice menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten/dairy/wheat free options available; please discuss at time of booking.

Includes a bottle of house red or white wine in room on arrival; please advise hotel when booking.

Paid parking available and allocated on a first come first served basis. £8 for up to 4 hours, £15 for up to 10 hours and £20 for up to 24 hours.

Please note the hotel car park is managed by a car park management company. All guests/visitors of the hotel must immediately register their vehicle’s registration with reception on arrival. Failure to do so, will result in a parking charge notice being issued by this company.

Max of 1 child permitted when sharing with two adults; children are classed as 12 years and under and adults are classed as ages 12+; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
