What does valid 7 days mean if the voucher can be used until March 2021

I can confirm this voucher is valid from Thur 16 Jul 2020 until Fri 30 Apr 2021, 7 days a week; subject to availability.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a bottle of wine on arrival, full English breakfast, late check-out and optional 3 course dinner

    - Choice of deluxe double or executive king room

Voucher is valid from Thur 16 Jul 2020 until Mon 30 Aug 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 23-26, 31 Dec 2020, 1-2 Jan and 14 Feb 2021.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 3pm, check-out 2pm.

Deluxe double: stay in a double/twin room.

Executive: Stay in a king room.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night please discuss and pay directly to the hotel. 

Dinner options: Includes a 3 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Includes a bottle of house red or white wine in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Parking available at the nearby 24hr NCP Car Park at the Gate just 3 minutes away.

Children permitted; upgrade to a family room required, £30 supplement per stay. Children 0 – 1 yrs stay free of charge, age 2 – 12 requires a £15 supplementary charge per stay and ages 13+ are classed as adults. Please discuss directly with the hotel. No meals are included and must be paid for as taken.

Only service dogs permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
