I was just wondering if option 2, the rasul deal for two people included a treatment as well as the mud soak? It’s mainly a massage we are looking for.

Our offer for a Rasul spa day for two doesn't include treatments. You’ll coat yourselves in moisturising mud before sitting back in the mud chamber to allow it to work it’s magic, whilst you inhale a light steam infused with pure herbs.

There's generally no set time limit on using the facilities, but a time limit may be applied at busier periods. You're welcome to discuss this further with the spa when booking.

For 2 people can you opt for the massage treatments rather than the rasul treatment? Do you have unisex treatment rooms ?

I can confirm Option 2 is valid for a Rasul spa day for two with afternoon tea, glass of Champagne each and full use of the hotel’s leisure facilities. Treatments can't be substituted for different treatments, but I'm happy to let you know groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability.

What to expect

Spa day for one including a 55 minute treatment, afternoon tea and a glass of Champagne plus and full use of the hotel’s leisure facilities

Choose 55 minute treatment:
- Skin specific facial 
- Traditional full body massage
- Handpicked face and body combo
- Handpicked body combo

OR

Rasul spa day for two with afternoon tea, glass of Champagne each and full use of the hotel’s leisure facilities

Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Dec 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sun - Fri, 10am - 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes all Saturdays and 24 – 28 Dec 2018 and 1 - 18 Jan 2019.

Leisure facilities will be closed between 3 - 17 Jan 2019 (Swimming Pool, Hydrotherapy pool, Sauna, Steam Room). The gym, fitness suite and spa will be open as usual.

Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel 7 days prior to arrival.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 vouchers per person.

Suitable for ages 17+.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with spa.

Face and body treatments are not suitable if under 13 weeks pregnant but are suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission with a doctor’s note.

Rasul treatment is not suitable during pregnancy and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 

Option 1 treatment duration: approx 55 mins.

Option 2 rasul treatment; duration: approx 40 mins. Treatment is self-applied.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.  

Includes full access to leisure facilities, plus robes and towels.

Flip flops can be purchased on arrival; payable directly to spa.

20% off any additional treatments on the day – these can be pre-booked at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
