I'm afraid you can only check availability online after you've purchased your voucher, but if you can't book a suitable date it won't be a problem for us to issue a refund. Just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order.

Hello, we are looking to book this hotel for Saturday 10th November. I have spoken with the hotel and they have rooms available for that night. However, they said it was best to contact yourself to ensure the voucher will cover that night? If it does then I will book for that night. Thanks in advance.

Ten Hill Place Hotel have advised there isn't on-site car parking. But, they work with the nearby NCP car park, roughly a 5-7 min walk away, who offer a discounted rate of £13 per night for hotel guests.

A supplementary charge of £30 per room, per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 3 per person.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: loft £10, deluxe £25, superior £40, skyline city view £70 or skyline junior suite £95; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2 and 3 includes a £30 per person dinner allowance towards the a la carte menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.  Option 3 dinner allowance is on the first night only.

Max of 2 children permitted; max of 1 infant on request for baby cot and max of 1 child age 14 and under on a rollaway bed at a supplementary charge of £30 per night inc breakfast and dinner; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

No pets permitted; guide dogs only.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
