Somebody has told me you have to leave either a credit card deposit or cash on arrival to the hotel. Please can you let me know if this is true and if so how much?

Thanks for getting in touch.
I can confirm a deposit is required to be paid at check-in. £25 per night is required if paying by card or £50 per night if paying with cash; payable directly to the hotel.
