What to expect

Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Sun - Fri; subject to availability. 

Excludes Saturdays, 8-10, 15-18 Jan, 10-12 Feb, 10-12 & 17-19 Mar 2023.

A supplementary charge of £20  is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Option 1: Double standard room available.

Option 2: Double or twin grand spacious room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink,

No children permitted. 

No pets permitted. 

No wheelchair access available 

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
