Hi I’ve just booked a suite but I’ve just realised it doesn’t mention parking is there parking at this hotel or nearby ???

The Place Hotel has confirmed there isn't parking at the hotel, but they offer guests a voucher for a 15% discount at the nearby Q-Park. You're welcome to discuss this further with the hotel on 0131 556 7575.

Hi before I get this voucher I specifically want to use it for this Saturday night. How do I know it’s available before I pay for the voucher and if I pay and find out I can’t get the dates I want can I then cancel and get a refund?

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Vouchers are valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020, so I'm afraid they can't be used for stays in December.

I’m happy to let you know this voucher can be used 7 days a week from Thursday the 2nd of January 2020 until Tuesday the 31st of Mar 2020; subject to availability.

Please note the voucher excludes the 17th of January, the 6th - 8th, and the 14th - 15th of February and 7th - 8th of March 2020.

Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 17 Jan, 6 - 8, 14 - 15 Feb and 7 - 8 Mar,  31 Mar - 31 Dec 2020 and 1 Jan - 28 Feb 2021.

A supplementary charge of £30prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to the hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Option 1 & 2: Superior double or twin room available.

Option 3: Suite available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 & 3: Include 2 course dinner from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
