What to expect

  • Spa day for one or two inc 55 min treatment, afternoon tea, robes, slippers and use of the facilities

Voucher is valid until Sun 14 Aug 2022, 7 days 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Fri - Sun visits; payable direct.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Jul 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 20 per group; subject to availability.

Massage treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Suitable for age 16+ only.

Treatment duration: approx. 55 mins.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes 1 hours access to the facilities before or after your treatment.

Includes afternoon tea; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
