Hello. I am just enquiring about the deal for the tigerlily hotel, Edinburgh. I was going to book for over 2 nights, Saturday-Monday - would this deal cover this? I am a bit unsure of if the price is just for one night? Thanks,

I can confirm this deal is valid for an overnight stay, either in a classic double/twin room or a mini suite. I'm afraid all Saturdays are excluded from this offer, but vouchers can be used Sun – Fri (Oct - Nov) and Sun – Wed (Dec); subject to availability.

Hi,
My husband and I really like this deal. We want to stay for two nights. Would it work if I bought one voucher and my husband bought another for consecutive nights, Sunday and Monday?
We would prefer to come for two nights and make a break of it. Thanks

Hi there, I was looking to book the option 2 deal for Fri 30th November for one night. Is this definitely still valid for then and is the only extra charge the £29? Also, how long is this deal available for purchase, is their an expiration date the deal will come off your website?

This isn't an excluded date from the offer and a supplementary charge of £29 is required per room for Fri night stays; payable directly to hotel. Please discuss your booking request directly with the hotel so they can advise of the availability.

The offer is currently due to stay on sale with itison this week, unless it sells out in this timeframe.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with breakfast, cocktails and a £20 restaurant voucher

OR

Overnight stay for two in a mini suite with breakfast, cocktails, a bottle of Prosecco, chocolates and a £40 restaurant voucher and late checkout

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Oct 2018 until Sun 23 Dec 2018, Oct – Nov: Sun – Fri and Dec: Sun – Wed; subject to availability.

Excludes all Saturdays plus Thursdays and Fridays in December.

A supplementary charge of £29 is required per room for Fri night stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Dec 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!) 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 1: Classic room; double or twin available. Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Option 2: Mini suite; double or twin available. Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12 noon.

Rooms include complimentary tea, coffee, mineral water, biscuits, newspaper and WiFi, iron and ironing board, safe, hairdryer and GHD hair straighteners.

Includes a cocktail each up to the value of £8.50; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 1: £20 restaurant voucher per couple is valid to use on the full menu.

Option 2: £40 restaurant voucher per couple is valid to use on the full menu. Option 2 includes a bottle of Prosecco; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.

Vegetarian and gluten/wheat free options are available; please discuss directly with hotel.

Children permitted at a supplementary charge, max of 1 child; please discuss directly with hotel.

No pets permitted.

Parking available; on street metre parking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
