What to expect

  • Valentine's overnight stay for two with complimentary mini-bar, Prosecco, chocolates and rose petals in the room, breakfast and late check-out
  • Stay in a classic room or upgrade to an executive room with lounge access inclusive of alcoholic drinks and snacks

Voucher is valid from Fri 30 Apr 2021 until Sun 29 Aug 2021, valid Fri - Sun; subject to availability.

Excludes 29 May, 9, 16, 23 &  20 Jul and 28 Aug 2021.

Vouchers must be booked by Fri 13 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Option 1: Classic king room available.

Option 2: Executive king room available.

Twin rooms are available upon request with limited availability; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 2: Executive lounge access may be limited to 90minutes per stay due to Covid-19 restrictions. Feature complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks with beer, wine and spirits 5pm - 10.30pm. Includes free internet access and wireless Bluetooth printing facilities. On any evenings where government legislation does not allow the hotel to serve alcohol in the Executive Lounge, the hotel will deduct £20 per night from your rate during your stay. The lounge would still be available in the evenings for tea, coffee, soft drinks & snacks. The complimentary mini-bar in the room will still be available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Upgrade to include a 3 course dinner from the market menu in Windows Restaurant for a supplementary charge of £20 per person; please discuss directly with hotel. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.

Parking is available off site at £12.50 for 24 hours; please discuss directly with hotel.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
