I'm afraid we're not able to issue physical gift vouchers. To gift this voucher, select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

Can you bring two children if you upgrade to a family room?

I can confirm a max of 1 child is permitted; children are classed as ages 2-12 years and require a supplementary charge of £25 to upgrade to a family room; payable directly to the hotel. Breakfast is available for £7.50.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a glass of Prosecco on arrival and breakfast 

Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Wed 30 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 25 - 26 Dec 2020.

A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Saturday stays and other varied supplements may apply; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 30 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. Any re-booking is at the hotel’s availability and discretion.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a Club room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival.

Leisure access is available for a supplementary charge of £5 per room; payable directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
