I'm afraid the family ticket can only be used for 2 adults and up to 4 children up to the age of 16 years old.

I can confirm the audio handset tour which requires a deposit of £5 per handset, is available in English together with Dutch, French, German, Italian and Spanish translations.

What to expect

2 adult tickets (can be used as 1 adult and 1 child) OR

Family ticket for 2 adults and up to 4 children

Includes access to the grounds, gardens, ballroom in the castle and exhibitions plus audio handset tour

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days, 10am – 5pm (last admission 4.00pm); subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Option 1: two adult tickets or one adult and one child ticket.

Option 2: family ticket includes 2 adults and up to 4 children; children are classed as ages 5 - 16 years and under 5's go free.

Adults are classed as ages 16+.

For audio handset tour a deposit of £5 per handset is required, with a full refund given when the handset is handed in at the Carriage Hall Exhibition at the end of the tour.

Wheelchair accessible with ramped access to all exhibitions. Parking for disabled is available within the grounds. Please drive up to the ticket office and enquire.

Admission charges include parking, access to the formal and vegetable gardens, exhibitions in the stable area and the ballroom.

Audio handset tour is available in English, French, German, Italian, Dutch and Spanish.

Please note that all other rooms within the Castle are not available to the public as these are Her Majesty The Queen's private rooms.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
