Voucher is valid from Sat 3 Oct 2020 until Wed 30 Dec 2020; subject to availability.

October: Valid 7 days with tours at 10am, 10.30am, 11am, 11.30am, 12noon, 12.30pm, 1pm, 1.30pm, 2pm, 2.30pm and 3pm.

November and December: Valid Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday with tours at 11am, 11.30am, 12noon, 1pm, 1.30pm and 2pm

Voucher must be booked by Mon 14 Dec 2020.

Once voucher is booked with Balmoral,  the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted, maximum of 3 per person.

Adults are classed as ages 16+. Children are classed as ages 5 - 16 and are charged at £6 a ticket. Under 5s go free.

Duration: approx 1hr.

Max of 6 people per tour excluding under 5s.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your tour time.

All visitors are required to register with track and trace on arrival and face masks must be worn in indoor spaces.

Wheelchair accessible with ramped access to all exhibitions. Parking for disabled is available within the grounds. Please drive up to the ticket office and enquire.

Admission charges include parking, access to the formal and vegetable gardens, exhibitions in the stable area and the ballroom.

Please note that all other rooms within the Castle are not available to the public as these are Her Majesty The Queen's private rooms.

Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
