Questions and answers

Hi there, we have an 8 month old baby who sleeps in the bed with us. Does the hotel allow babies as it only says children age 2+ can be accommodated in an upgraded room? We wouldn’t need that. Many thanks.

Can I just note that your information of valid 7 days is incorrect. After calling the Boath House I was informed that they’re closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

I'm sorry for the confusion here, we hadn't been made aware of their Winter closures on Monday and Tuesdays. I can confirm this offer is valid to use until the 27th of March 2022, Wednesday - Sunday; subject to availability.

What to expect

  • 1 night stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival & breakfast OR
  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with a 2 course dinner & breakfast 

Voucher is valid from Fri 8 Oct 2021 until Sun 27 Mar 2022, Wed-Sun; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Mon & Tue, 26-31 Dec 2021 and 1-4 Jan 2022.

A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.

Classic twin or double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £50 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options: Includes a 2 course dinner choosing from starter/main or main/dessert from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on one night only.

Option 1: Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival; cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 children ages 2+ can be accommodated in an upgraded Superior room for a supplementary charge of £50 plus £55 per additional bed (total for one child £105 or for 2 children £160). Includes breakfast; please discuss directly with hotel.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
