Thanks for getting in touch.

Everyone attending must have a valid voucher or direct ticket but a maximum of 11 people and a minimum of 4 people is permitted per car.

I would love to bring my mum who is 81 years old.Mum is quite fit for her age.I'm wondering if there is much walking envolved or is it mainly inside the vehicle? It's getting in and out of the vehicle that may prove a wee bit of a challenge.Don't suppose you have a step to ease getting in to the vehicle?

Small print says: "Voucher is for adult or child" but title is "safari for two" so it is 1 voucher per person or 1 voucher per two??

Voucher is valid from Thur 6 Dec 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Thur - Sun 9.30am or 1pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays – Wednesdays and 24 Dec 2018 - 3 Jan 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Safari duration: 2hrs 30mins.

Voucher is for adult or child; under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.

Maximum of 11 people per group; minimum of 4 people per car.

Includes: binoculars & telescope, hot drinks, shortbread & a dram of whisky, wildlife identification sheets & fact files and hats & hand warmers if required.

Weather appropriate clothing recommended; warm clothing, waterproofs and waterproof boots or shoes.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
