What is the price for two nights for a family of four where the children are 6 and 8? It says children stay free at those ages but what about dinner and the size of room?

Hi. Is the hotel accessible for someone with limited mobility? I am considering coming with my husband and my dad and his companion. My dad cannot walk very far and cannot climb stairs. Thank you. Julie Harper.

2 night stay for two in a deluxe room with dinner on one night, afternoon tea, breakfast both mornings and use of leisure facilities

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 14 Dec 2019 - 5 Jan 2020 and 14 Feb 2020. Limited availability in Mar 2020.

A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 11am.

Options for double or twin standard or deluxe room.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: spa suite £70 or hilltop reserve £100; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes access to leisure facilities: 17m heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and fully equipped air conditioned gymnasium.

Spa treatment options includes a 30 minute treatment for over 16s only. Spa treatment options include: Discover Ishga Facial, Discover Espa Facial, Espa or Isha Salt & Oil Scrub, Eriska Back Neck & Shoulder Massage, Leg Reviver Massage or Oriental Head Massage; treatment can be adapted during pregnancy / breastfeeding and for cancer suffers / those in remission; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner option includes a 3 course dinner on the first night, menu here, and an afternoon tea; menus are subject to change.

Children permitted; ages 8 and under stay free, ages 8+ require a supplementary charge of £85 for additional bed inc breakfast; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Max of 2 pets are permitted, free of charge.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
