The small print says 'valid 7 days'. Does this mean it has to be booked within 7 days of purchasing the voucher?

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with a 3 course dinner, 60 minute spa treatment each and breakfast OR

2 night stay for two with a 3 course dinner on one night, afternoon tea on one day and breakfast both mornings OR

2 night stay for two with a 3 course dinner on one night, afternoon tea on one day, 60 minute spa treatment each and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid until Thur 28 Feb 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. 

Excludes 24 – 26, 31 Dec 2018.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 14 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Superior king or twin rooms available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 3 course dinner served 6pm – 10pm from the Chef’s Choice menu; subject to change. Option 2 and 3 dinner is on one night only.

Option 2 and 3 include afternoon tea served 12noon – 4pm on one day; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Option 1 and 3 include a 60 minute spa treatment each for over 16s only choosing any massage or facial; excludes biotech. Available 10am - 8pm. Facials are suitable during pregnancy / breastfeeding and peace pregnancy massage is available. Suitable for those who are 3 years out of remission. Includes access to sauna and relaxation room. Max of 2 people per group.

Children permitted and included in the overall headcount; children are classed as under 16s.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
