Option 1 (midweek) voucher is valid from Mon 5 Nov 2018 until Tue 29 Jan 2019, Mon arrivals for Mon - Thur stays and Tue arrivals for Tue - Fri stays; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays - Sundays and 1 Dec 2018 - 4 Jan 2019.

Option 2 (weekend) voucher: choose from: The Barn 9 - 12 Nov, 11 - 14 and 18 - 21 Jan 2019 or The Bothy 9 - 12 Nov 2018; subject to availability. Excludes Mondays - Thursdays.

Advance booking required. Option 1 voucher must be booked by Tue 8 Jan 2019 and Option 2 by Tue 1 Jan 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

A security deposit of £350 is required and will be returned once property has been checked and cleaned.

Check-in from 3pm, check-out 10am.

A selection of rooms in each property with twin up to super-king bed options available.

Option 1: The Barn, The Bothy or The Byre.

Option 2: The Bothy or The Barn.

The Barn sleeps 6 with option of two additional guests at £40 per person payable direct upon arrival for use of mezzanine level double sofa bed.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Parking onsite available.

All properties include a charcoal BBQ; please note charcoal and firelighters are not included. A supplementary charge of £30 is required if BBQ is left uncleaned.

Max of 2 children ages 8 and under permitted in The Bothy and The Byre only; max of 6 adults and 2 children. Children under 8 are not permitted in The Barn due to mezzanine level.

Max of 2 well behaved dogs permitted in The Byre at a supplementary charge of £5 per dog per night; payable directly to Williamstone Farm Steadings on arrival.

Wheelchair access available. Please note, The Barn has mezzanine level.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
