The Aberdeen Lounge website sells these passes as £28 - so wondering why you state usual price being £32.

You are advertising access to lounge for 3 hours. Aberdeen airport do not allow you to check in until 2 hours prior to your flight as I found to my cost last Summer.
Could you please confirm that is still in place? Otherwise you will, as I did, end up with a pass for 3 hours with actual access of around 80 minutes! Not great value & that was with an Itson voucher!

I can confirm members can spend up to 3 hours in the lounge. Please note: some airlines require check-in two hours prior to departure however if you have hand luggage you can use the Lounge for up to 3 hrs, please check Aberdeen Airport's website for terms and conditions.

Just bought two vouchers for Aberdeen northern lights lounge and when I phoned to book it is not open Saturday night when our flights are at 9pm so could I get a refund as it does not say on website it closes at 5 pm

Thanks for getting in touch – I’m really sorry your voucher code isn’t working.

It’s definitely correct, but the Aberdeen Airport website might be a wee bit sensitive. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend copying and pasting the code directly from your voucher to make sure it matches exactly.

If it still doesn’t work, just send an email to support@itison.com with your preferred contact details (ideally a phone number and email address). I’ll then ask that they contact you asap.

Hi, I already have this voucher and I am looking to book for a trip on the 19th of March however when I use the website it asked me to make payment using a bank card, the voucher doesn’t work in the coupon box on their site. When I call them they seem very untrained and rude and basically have no idea how I book apart from using the website or just ‘walk in’ on the day, I’d like to book and make sure my place is secure.

Voucher is valid until Thur 31 Dec 2020, Sun - Fri 4am - 8.30pm Sat 4am - 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Thursdays & Sundays in April and 3 - 20 Apr 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.

Includes all inclusive food and drink for three hours and priority security. Menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options available.

Premium spirits such as local gin and premium whisky are charged at an additional price, prices start at £1.00. Prosecco is not included in this price but can be purchased in the Lounge.

The Northern Lights Executive Lounge is located within the terminal extension on the first floor.

Members can spend up to 3 hours in the lounge. Please note: some airlines require check-in two hours prior to departure however if you have hand luggage you can use the Lounge for up to 3 hrs, please check Aberdeen Airport's website for terms and conditions.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted. Children under 3 can go through priority security free of charge when with a paying adult.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
