This deal excludes the 5-6th April. Does this mean the deal is not available on the 6th or just the 5th? We would like to stay on the 6th at this rate if possible?

Hi. The small print says multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. On speaking to the hotel, they said I could buy 2 vouchers and use them over four nights so now I’m confused!

Overnight stay for two with breakfast

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Apr until Sun 30 Jun 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. Limited availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Excludes 5 - 6 Apr 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jun 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes breakfast.

Public parking available connected to the hotel, charges apply.

Children permitted; max of 1 child age 12 years and under permitted per room, free of charge when sharing existing bed in twin/double room and includes breakfast. Cots are available at £10 each, limited availability; please arrange directly with hotel.

Rooms can be upgraded to a family room to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child for a supplementary charge of £35 per room; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
