I can confirm a max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

Thanks for getting in touch!

Many of our providers are happy to have a single person use their vouchers, however please note our prices and discounts are generally based on 2 people. You are always welcome to contact the venue directly to ask about the possibility of one person using the voucher. This often isn't a problem, but some hotels may request that a single occupancy supplement is paid. As such, it may on occasion be cheaper for you to book directly with the hotel rather than use a voucher for a stay.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with breakfast OR
  • 2 night stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival & breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 7 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.

Double or twin standard room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: rooms with baths/balcony or a triple room with 2 showers - £10; payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to be enjoyed with dinner or in your room. Alcohol cannot be replaced with soft drink.

No children permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
